Along with the rest of the world we have been incredibly puzzled and excited with the new generation of generative AI technologies.
But as we were having fun with ChatGPT and others we came to some important realizations:
- Very soon, if not already, the world is going to be tired of generic AI texts written by machines. We want to put more focus on using AI to make your own writing better, not replace it.
- We have played around with many AI writing tools, but always found ourselves missing our comfortable writing home: Google Docs.
Based on these observations we set out to build WriterGPT, an AI living right inside Google Docs
